At Fume Vapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
